One innovative mom bought one of the commercial grade wall-mounted changers. They are readily available on ebay for under $200. Once you paint them to match the wall color, they virtually disappear. You may not even be able to see it; it is on the left wall!

Crystal Pacifiers

These are so over the top but a friend had a sparkly pacifier and I had to ask about the thing. She said her mother found it for her at Aristabrat, yes that's right, and they run a mere $175... but their basic ones start at $120. Okay so that's a bit much for me but if you are looking for a luxury gift, well it is certainly an option!
Pink Taffy Designs carries these Binky Blings in an assortment of styles and colors, all priced at $30Tick-a-Too has these for $20. Perfect Party Solutions even had the idea for a Bling Baby Shower! It is so over the top but if your friends are crafty, why not? You know, shower aside, buying some clear pacifiers and some crystal stickers - this could be a fun DIY rainy day project.
